CANREIT entered the market in 2020 with ambitious business plans as a closed-end real estate Investment management company, formed to own income producing commercial and residential properties primarily located in Canada. Its portfolio plan consists primarily of retail and residential rental properties located across Canada.

CANREIT creates value for shareholders by growing its portfolio of income producing properties and development projects. CANREIT benefits from close relationships with developers, growing these competitive advantages to acquire profitable real estate assets and stage development opportunities that yield long-term, escalating lease positions and solid cash flow growth.

Master's degree in Finance from The University of Newcastle, Australia Subsequently serving as Professor in the Finance College, Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics, Professor Qu has been engaged in research in international capital markets for decades and published several books, including An Empirical Study on the Liquidity Co-movement between Stock and Bond Markets.

Professional Activities:
Prof. Qu was general manager with “Hannan Mingli Futures Ltd.” in 1993-1995. In 2003, Prof. Qu represented Northern United International Investments Ltd., participating in China Resources’ acquisition of ShangQu Blue Brand Brewing Co.
In 2007, Prof. Qu was placed in charge of the Republic Sierra Leone listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange by the consortium of Henan Guojer Construction Group and China-Africa Development Fund.
In 2008, Prof. Qu was invited to prepare and launch the Shenzhen DaCheng MingDe Venture Capital Fund.
In 2009, Prof. Qu was appointed by the Henan government to set up a green energy fund, and successfully finished fundraising in 2011. Prof. Qu was invited by London Life (Canada) as an exchange researcher.
Currently, Prof. Qu is CEO of Shenzhen Sagacity Wealth Investment Management Ltd.

Dr. Lu graduated from University of Toronto, MBA and Doctoral degree from Winsor University. He has been working in financial industry over 30 years, found and financed a number of business ventures in Canada, Australia and China. He became board member in different companies, Regent Pacific, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing company, Dragon Mountain Gold Corporation, the Australia Stock Exchange. He was the Director of Investment Management Department in China Railway Resources Group Co., Ltd. from 2009 to 2013. During the time in this State-owned company, he led his department successfully made take-over bid for RMA Energy Ltd. an Australia listed company. In 2014, he was Managing Director in Notre Dame Pietas Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Vancouver, Canada.

Mr. Shang holds a Baccalaureate Degree from Shandong University in Architecture and Engineering and a Master's Degree from Shenyang Aerospace University. He is a registered real estate agent in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Ontario Real Estate Association, Canada Real Estate Association, and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (REI) in Canada.
Mr. Shang has over twenty years experiences in real estate industry, he was a director and vice president with a real estate project development group in Toronto, Canada and COO in real estate management in Orlando, Florida. He participated in the ongoing management of the residential and commercial development projects and operation of several companies, performed key roles in deal origination, land acquisition, development financing, project management and marketing.
As investment strategy and investment vehicle, his years of experience in real estate development, finance, project management and operations enable him to provide best results for the investors in Canreit.

Mr. Tang took his Bachelor degree from Henan Media University in 1986, started his entrepreneurial carrier career in 1990. He built the first real estate brokerage house in Zhenzhou city, Henan Province, started his first industrial factory in 1997. Currently, he is the CEO of Anwa Abrasives & Glass Tools Inc. and Whitby Abrasives Inc. of Canada.

One WellingtonOne Wellington is the very first condominium in the newly revitalized heart of downtown historic Brantford. It occupies an area of 43,000 square feet. It has 140 mixed residential units and more than 9,600 square feet of high-end commercial space. The exterior design is simple and elegant, and well established amenities, making the project become a landmark building in the Downtown Brantford. The project has now been capped and occupancy time will be in April 2021.
Place CondoPlace Condo is located in Scarborough, next to Lake Ontario, within walking distance to the University of Toronto Scarborough campus. This project is expecting to launch in September 2021 and completion date by the end of 2024.
Cathedral GardenCathedral Garden is located in the Cathedral Town community of Markham. The project covers an area of 2.45 acres, easy access to HWY 404, inside high-end Chinese community,top ranking schools, and within walking distance to Cathedral Park.
